Is Aging A Frame of Mind

Do you find that you’re hauling every day instead of getting an experience of satisfaction? You can see this even in some people even early in their twenties. Aging is part of one’s mental attitude and isn’t just chronological. Have you seen one person that has given up early in life? That is so terrible to view when the light has gotten out of the eyes of someone and you’ll see only a lethargy.

What keeps us young inside? Joseph Campbell said, "Follow your bliss". This is something that we don’t always we feel we can do if we’re in the middle of a hard semester of school work or have a job we’re in just to feed the family and survive. But having some activity that is rejuvenating during these hard times as well as a light at the end of the tunnel can give us hope and energy.

Most of the anti-aging experts recommend exercise as an major tool to keep youthfulness, flexibility and strength. Healthy foods and vitamins give us vitality, energy and ingredients as well. We might not have if we eat on a fast food diet. It is important to feed both our body and our mind.

It may be a good idea to read a book of quotations, proverbs, bravery stories or an inspiring autobiography a couple of minutes before going to sleep. While inspiration is the last thing we consider before going to bed it feeds a message to our subconscious mind.

Keeping up a level of humor and a twinkle while we view at our lives is ever an advance. Be able to make fun the melodrama that takes over and not take it as an ultimate "fact". Considering people who have it more difficult and the conditions that others abide through that are far worse than your own. Feeling as if your living is a heavy weight makes you age since you feel hopeless, have no coping mechanisms and see no answers. See this as a transitional state and work on ways to make every day more lite, an adventure and an example for getting a line as your personal developing tool. If the job you’re in looks to be a deadlock, then checking into a couple of part-time classes, career counseling and other chances is a way to turn inside and help find your real potential that lies down within you.
